Job Description
As a Medical Science Liaison with Syneos Health, you will engage in scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals, establish relationships with KOLs, and provide support for addressing unsolicited medical questions.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree required (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, OD or equivalent in life sciences)
  • 3+ years of prior Medical Science Liaison experience (in eye care highly preferred)
  • Deep scientific knowledge and genuine passion for ophthalmology
  • Prior experience with payer presentations is a plus
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical and scientific data
  • Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 60–80% within assigned territory
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by car and air
