Role OverviewAs a Medical Science Liaison, you will be a field-based, scientific, and clinical expert who strategically supports the medical and scientific objectives of the program. You will engage in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals, establish and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, and communicate clinical and scientific data to KOLs and healthcare professionals.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include planning and executing medical strategy and engagement for assigned customers, serving as a primary resource for addressing unsolicited medical questions, and identifying and documenting field-generated scientific insights to drive innovative Medical Affairs strategies.

Requirements
- Advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, OD or equivalent in life sciences)
- 3+ years of prior Medical Science Liaison experience (in eye care highly preferred)
- Deep scientific knowledge and genuine passion for ophthalmology
- Prior experience with payer presentations is a plus
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical and scientific data
- Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel up to 60–80% within assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by car and air
