Job Description
Empowering individuals and strengthening communities by joining Easterseals PORT Health as a full-time Opioid Treatment Therapist or Counselor. Deliver person-centered therapy and case management to individuals recovering from opioid addiction.

Requirements

  • Full or provisional LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC for OTP Therapist
  • CADC or CADC-I certification for OTP Counselor
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices, group facilitation, and crisis intervention
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Therapy (MAT)
  • Proficiency with EHR systems
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation
