Role OverviewThis position will perform duties related to fulfilling public record requests for the Department of Health. The successful candidate will work with and meet required deadlines utilizing time management, and have knowledge of proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling. They will also have knowledge of public records law and requirements.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will perform file management functions to ensure public records retention, copy or scan records as needed, review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with public record laws, compile data and information for public record requests, and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies, and the public.

Requirements
- High school degree
- Ability to review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with public record laws
- Ability to compile data and information for public record requests
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies, and the public
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to work with and meet required deadlines utilizing time management
- Knowledge of proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling

- Skill in the use of office equipment, including computers and various software applications
