Job Description
This is a professional public health clinic OPS Advanced Practice Registered Nurse that manages and treats Family Planning, STI, TB, and Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV clients in accordance with a collaborative practice agreement using established DOH protocols, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Certified as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in accordance with Florida Statute 464.F.A.C. Chapter 64 B9-4, with specialization as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Emergency Duty: Incumbent may be required to work before, during and/or beyond normal work hours or days in the event of an emergency
  • Ability to learn and communicate effectively, orally and in writing, in English
