Job Description
The OPS Agricultural Technician II position conducts plant pest detection surveys, performs tasks associated with the Giant African Land Snail eradication program, and responds to new and existing detections within the state. The role also involves conducting field detection tasks, analyzing establishments for risk level, and assisting in exotic pest surveys and protocols.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or its equivalent
  • Possession of a valid Driver License
  • Extensive travel required, to include overnight and up to two weeks at a time
