Role OverviewThe OPS Employment Security Representative II is a professional position that promotes employment and training programs. The position is responsible for prioritizing work demands with a focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring quality job referrals are based on employer skills sets and requirements. Employers are provided job order services, job creation, updates, placement verifications, follow-up, and hiring events.
What You Will Do
The OPS ESR II ensures that all services provided are adequately documented in Employ Florida (EF) and makes certain jobseekers and/or employers understand the extent of CareerSource services.

Requirements
- As a condition of pre-employment eligibility, a Level 2 security background screening is required, which consists of fingerprinting and a check of local, state, and national law enforcement records.
- Must possess or obtain certification as a Workforce Professional Tier 1 within 60 days of employment in the position.
- Required to travel.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and/or 3 years’ experience in customer service, sales, marketing or career coaching.
- At least one year of Professional or nonprofessional experience in area related to customer service.
