Role Overview

The Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) is seeking a full-time OPS Operations Review Specialist to work in the Office of the General Counsel, Fair Hearing Section. The position requires a five-day work week and is located in Tallahassee, Florida. The incumbent will work under the supervision of the Fair Hearing Section Chief or designee and will be responsible for receiving telephone calls, sending and processing emails, faxes, and mail, running reports, and receiving training in substantive legal topics.

What You Will Do

The incumbent will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving telephone calls and handling them appropriately, sending and processing incoming and outgoing emails, faxes, and mail, running reports as requested, and receiving training in substantive legal topics such as civil procedural and evidentiary rules and on the Fair Hearing Section case management system.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience working in customer service
  • One year of Microsoft Office experience
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Bi-lingual candidates preferred
