Role OverviewManage a team of Operations Program Managers and Logistics Analysts responsible for products/programs in Greenlawn, New York. This role will have responsibility for staffing and monitoring performance of the programs, interfacing with senior leadership within Operations, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and Programs.
What You Will Do
Consolidate and present metrics to senior Operations leadership, provide strategic support and guidance to major program pursuits, drive new product introduction, foster leadership and mentorship, and provide escalated support to team in working with Manufacturing management, Supplier quality management, Supply Chain management, Procurement, and Logistics.
