Job Description
This position is responsible for providing support within the IT division in the Office of the Attorney General in Tallahassee, Florida. The position answers telephone and responds to email and phone requests, computes and records data, and communicates with customers and employees.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of secretarial or clerical experience
  • A High School diploma or its equivalent
  • Basic experience working with computer hardware and peripherals
  • Basic experience using office productivity software, Microsoft Office or O365
  • Basic experience using the Windows operating system
  • Basic understanding of data protection
  • Basic understanding of malware removal
  • Basic understanding of firewalls
