Job Description
The OPS Training Specialist II position involves developing and reviewing training plans, designing and delivering training programs, and collaborating with subject-matter experts. The position requires skills in training, instructional design, and adult learning theory, as well as knowledge of 508 compliance and accessibility standards.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or its equivalent and five (5) years of professional or nonprofessional experience in training, education, staff development, personnel or an agency program area; or
  • A bachelor's degree (4 years) from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of professional experience in training, education, staff development, personnel or an agency program area; or
  • A master's degree (6 years) from an accredited college or university can substitute for the required experience.
