Role Overview

As an Optical Consultant, you'll work alongside Optometrists to support all aspects of patient care and education, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care.

What You Will Do

Perform preliminary evaluations of patients, schedule referral appointments, record patient records, respond to patient inquiries, and perform diagnostic testing.

Requirements

  • High School or GED qualification
  • Strong attention to details and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • PC skills to include MC Office, Windows, and Word Processing
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
