Role OverviewThe Retail Manager will ensure that all customers who enter the store are professionally assisted with the purchase of eyewear. This leadership role encompasses sales, merchandising, and customer experience, as well as some administrative responsibilities. The Retail Manager will focus on store sales and quality goals.
What You Will Do
Ensure all employees use the 'lifestyle' selling approach, train staff to greet all customers, maintain store sales goals, and resolve patient complaints and/or sales discrepancies.
