Role OverviewAs a Retail Associate, you'll guide patients in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, and coatings tailored to their needs. Provide exceptional customer service, stay informed about sales and promotions, and process payments and refunds.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include interpreting prescription requirements, taking necessary measurements, preparing work orders, and inspecting final products for accuracy. You'll also adjust and repair frames as needed, price and stock merchandise, and educate patients on eyeglass care.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Optical industry experience is a plus!
