Role OverviewAs an Optical Retail Sales Associate, you will assist patients in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, and lens coatings. You will also be responsible for ensuring lab technicians have accurate measurements and prescription information. Once glasses are complete, you will dispense them to the patient.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions, processing payment transactions, and processing insurance claims. You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, creating and maintaining patient files, and assessing and interpreting patient needs.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
