As an Optical Retail Sales Associate, you will assist patients in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, and lens coatings. You will also be responsible for ensuring lab technicians have accurate measurements and prescription information for grinding, coating, and fitting lenses to the frames.
What You Will Do
Provide exceptional customer service, process insurance claims, maintain product knowledge, create and maintain patient files, assess patient needs, take measurements, prepare work orders, pull correct lenses, inspect final products, adjust completed glasses, and perform merchandise management.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working in retail, customer service, or sales
- Experience working in the optical industry is preferred but not required
