As an Optical Retail Sales Associate, you will assist patients in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, and lens coatings. You will also be responsible for ensuring lab technicians have accurate measurements and prescription information for grinding, coating, and fitting lenses to the frames.
What You Will Do
Provide exceptional customer service, process payment transactions/refunds, and maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions. You will also assess and interpret patient's needs/wants, prepare work orders for the lab, and inspect the final product for accuracy.
