Role OverviewJoin Eyemart Express, a top optical retailer, as a Retail Sales Associate. You will assist patients in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, and coatings, and ensure lab technicians have accurate measurements and prescription information. You will also be responsible for dispensing glasses to patients, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include customer service, sales and promotions, transaction processing, insurance claims, product knowledge, patient files, patient assessment, measurements, work orders, lens selection, product inspection, adjustments and repairs, and merchandise management.
