What You Will Do
Perform thorough eye exams, prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses, conduct medical eye exams as required, and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements
- Licensed Optometrist in Ohio with NPI number and liability insurance
- Preferably a few years of clinical experience
