Job Description
Residential Manager is responsible for ensuring individuals receive services outlined in their program plans, promoting community inclusion, and overseeing daily operations of the residence.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in human services preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in a residential or treatment setting
Minimum 3 years of administrative/managerial experience with individuals with behavioral health challenges
Certifications: Medication Administration certification (AMAP), SCIP-R, CPR, First Aid & AED, QIDP (optional)
Valid NYS Driver's License
Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
