Job Description
Residential Manager is responsible for ensuring individuals receive services outlined in their program plans, promoting community inclusion, and overseeing daily operations of the residence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in human services preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in a residential or treatment setting
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative/managerial experience with individuals with behavioral health challenges
  • Certifications: Medication Administration certification (AMAP), SCIP-R, CPR, First Aid & AED, QIDP (optional)
  • Valid NYS Driver's License
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
