Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Operating Room Nurse Supervisor to guide a surgical services department within a fast-moving clinical setting focused on quality care.

Requirements

  • Direct and support perioperative staff, promoting teamwork, accountability, and efficiency.
  • Manage operating room schedules, staffing, and case logistics to maintain effective workflow.
  • Enforce infection prevention practices, sterile field standards, and procedural safety requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesia providers, and ancillary personnel to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Track performance indicators, support process improvements, and maintain compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Oversee clinical documentation accuracy, including procedure records and coding elements.
  • Provide education and competency training related to electronic charting platforms, sterile technique, and specialized clinical procedures.
