Role OverviewThe OR Support Aide is responsible for assisting the surgical team in providing a safe and clean environment for patients undergoing surgery. The role involves transporting patients, maintaining equipment and cleanliness, and providing necessary supplies and equipment. The position is located at the Andrus and Dobbs Ferry Pavilions.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include transporting patients, identifying patient and receiving instructions, observing and watching patient, notifying necessary personnel, assisting in maintenance and care of supplies and equipment, and maintaining effective communication with nurses and other staff.
