Job Description
Oracle DBA position available in Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA. Requires experience with large teams, IBM AIX, Linux, SUN Solaris UNIX operating Systems, and Oracle 18c, 19c. Must have hands-on experience with PSU patches, database upgrades, Golden Gate implementation, and RAC systems.
Requirements
Experience with IBM AIX, Linux, SUN Solaris UNIX operating Systems
Hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA with Oracle 18c, 19c
Applying PSU patches to various versions of Oracle databases
Upgrading databases to 19c
Implementing and troubleshooting Golden Gate
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting multi-node RAC systems on ASM
Migrating large databases across data centers
Identifying performance bottlenecks and proposing solutions
Creating and troubleshooting ASM instances
Good understanding of Oracle architecture
