Role Overview

The Squires Group is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS System/Solution Architect to support an upcoming federal program focused on the operations, maintenance, modernization, and continuous improvement of a mission-critical enterprise financial management system. The System/Solution Architect will provide senior-level technical leadership for a large-scale Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment, helping to ensure the platform remains secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with evolving business and federal requirements.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise-scale solution or systems architecture
  • Significant experience architecting and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or other large-scale Oracle ERP environments
  • Experience supporting federal financial management systems or similarly complex enterprise financial platforms
  • Strong understanding of Oracle and SQL database technologies
  • Experience with enterprise integration, APIs, web services, and modern application architectures
  • Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, system integration, scalability, performance, and availability
  • Experience working within federal cybersecurity and compliance environments, including NIST 800-53 and/or FedRAMP requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 or 6
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
