Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM Workstream Lead (Retail & Restaurant Brand Compliance)

The Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM Workstream Lead will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Oracle Retail Brand Compliance solutions. This role will drive the end-to-end lifecycle for products and menu items, ensuring consistency across research and development, supplier collaboration, regulatory compliance, and commercialization processes.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will own the PLM and Brand Compliance workstream, leading planning, backlog management, sprint execution, and solution governance while overseeing integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM, Oracle Retail, Oracle ERP, and supplier ecosystems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of experience supporting Retail, Food & Beverage, Restaurant Technology, Product Lifecycle Management, or related enterprise transformation initiatives
• Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM implementations, including Product Development and Product Hub (PIM) modules
• Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management processes, private-label product development, commercialization, and restaurant menu management
• Strong understanding of recipe formulation, ingredient management, product specifications, packaging and labeling compliance, and multi-unit restaurant supply chain operations
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable solution designs across product development, sourcing, quality, compliance, and commercialization functions
• Ability to lead cross-functional workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder engagements with business and technology teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making across global organizations
