Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Developer to support HR data modernization and analytics initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.
Requirements
Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects across Oracle and SQL Server environments
Translate and modernize legacy HR data (SQL Server/PeopleSoft) into Oracle HCM Cloud-based structures
Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and transformations for enterprise reporting and analytics
Utilize Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and BICC for data extraction, reporting, and validation
Analyze Oracle HCM frontend configurations and backend data models to ensure data accuracy and alignment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, KPIs, and reporting logic
Create and maintain data documentation (data lineage, mappings, business rules, governance artifacts)
Perform data quality validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution across systems
Support data governance and HR analytics initiatives
