What You Will Do
Lead the vision for Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Workforce Management modules to align technology with business goals. Manage and mentor a high-performing team of systems analysts, developers, and Tier 1–3 application support staff.

- Deep functional expertise in core workforce management, talent workflows, and system integration architectures
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR Systems, or related field
