Oracle HCM Reporting Specialist

As the sole individual responsible for advanced reporting projects within the HCM team, you will be developing advanced reports within an Oracle HCM environment.

Requirements

• 5+ yrs Oracle HCM techno-functional background
• Proven track record of developing advanced reports within an Oracle HCM environment
• Well-versed in: SQL, BIP, OTBI, FDI
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to think strategically and understand the broader corporate needs in terms of HR reporting
