Job Description
This position works with the Talent business team in supporting the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) modules (Performance and Compensation), Redwood upgrades, Journeys and transactional workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, or other related field.
  • 5 years business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems or project development and testing, installation, and training.
  • Six or more years of configuration and support experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Performance Management and Compensation)
