Job Description
The Oracle Human Capital Management Specialist works with the Talent business team to support the Oracle Cloud HCM modules, providing expertise in configuration, recommendations, and training. They plan and support quarterly updates and production issue resolutions, and collaborate with Oracle development to escalate issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, or other related field.
  • 5 years business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems or project development and testing, installation, and training.
  • Preferred: Six or more years of configuration and support experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Performance Management and Compensation)
