Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking an Oracle Human Capital Management Specialist to support the Talent business team in configuring and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM modules, providing expertise in ERP software and operational knowledge to lead team members through design, configuration, and implementation of ERP application software modules or database and technical components.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, or other related field.
  • 5 years business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems or project development and testing, installation, and training.
  • Six or more years of configuration and support experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Performance Management and Compensation) preferred.
  • Ability to maintain the security or integrity of critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.
