Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking an Oracle Human Capital Management Specialist to work with the Talent business team in supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules and providing expertise in ERP implementation and operational knowledge. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field, and 5 years of business systems and/or project experience, with a preference for 6 or more years of configuration and support experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, or other related field.
  • 5 years business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems or project development and testing, installation, and training.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Performance Management and Compensation) is preferred.
