Job Description
The Oracle Human Capital Management Specialist position supports the Talent business team in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Performance and Compensation, Redwood upgrades, Journeys, and transactional workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, or other related field.
  • 5 years business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems or project development and testing, installation, and training.
  • Six or more years of configuration and support experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Performance Management and Compensation) is preferred.
