Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking an Oracle Human Capital Management Specialist to support the Talent business team in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM modules. The position requires 5 years of business systems and/or project experience and a Bachelor's Degree in business administration or computer science. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and a strong understanding of business process design and implementation.

Requirements

  • 5 years business systems and/or project experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or computer science
  • 6+ years of configuration and support experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Performance Management and Compensation) (preferred)
