Job Description
This position works with the Talent business team in supporting the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, gathering and documenting business requirements, and planning and supporting the deployment of quarterly updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, or other related field
  • 5 years business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems or project development and testing, installation, and training
  • Six or more years of configuration and support experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Performance Management and Compensation) preferred
