Role Overview

As an Oracle PMO - Senior Manager, you will lead and manage large-scale Oracle implementation projects, coordinating resources and stakeholders to deliver successful Oracle solutions. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.

What You Will Do

- Leading large-scale Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation projects and coordinating resources to achieve project objectives - Developing project plans and monitoring progress to mitigate risks and validate successful delivery of Oracle solutions - Collaborating with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project scope and align objectives

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 7 years of experience
  • Advanced skills in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Oracle Project Management
  • Excelling in Oracle Business Process Management and Project Resource Management
  • Leading cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder engagement
  • Utilizing analytical thinking for business case development and continuous process improvement
  • Managing program capacity building and program scope management
  • Delivering comprehensive program status reporting and project budgeting
  • Coordinating project integration and project portfolio management (PPM)
