Job Description
SNI Companies is looking for a results-driven and dynamic Order Coordinator with experience in a fast-paced environment to manage the full lifecycle of Dealer/Factory Orders, maintain accurate order data in the company’s CRM and data management platform, and ensure all Dealer/Factory Orders and related information are properly captured, organized, and aligned for tracking, reporting, and commission reconciliation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B customer support, order processing or customer service in distribution environments
  • Experience working with PO’s and order lifecycles
  • Expereince with CRM’s or Order Mgmt. Systems
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines/priorities/fast-paced environment
  • Clear and professional communication (Verbal & Written), strong follow-up and a team-oriented attitude
