Job Description
SNI Companies is looking for a results-driven and dynamic Order Coordinator with experience in a fast-paced environment to manage the full lifecycle of Dealer/Factory Orders, maintain accurate order data in the company’s CRM and data management platform, and ensure all Dealer/Factory Orders and related information are properly captured, organized, and aligned for tracking, reporting, and commission reconciliation.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B customer support, order processing or customer service in distribution environments
Experience working with PO’s and order lifecycles
Expereince with CRM’s or Order Mgmt. Systems
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines/priorities/fast-paced environment
Clear and professional communication (Verbal & Written), strong follow-up and a team-oriented attitude
