Requirements

  • BSEE, BSEET engineering degree
  • At least 5 to 7 years of work related experience in the electrical/electronic engineering discipline
  • Excellent understanding of electrical theory and drive technology
  • Ability to act as a business consultant for interfacing drive I/O logic with human machine interface (HMI)
  • Thorough understanding of UL508A and Type 1, 12 and 3R enclosure solutions
  • Excellent working knowledge of electrical and mechanical industry codes and how they relate to drive and motion technology
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, set priorities, and resolve issues expeditiously to meet the customer demand rate
  • Excellent computer skills with a fundamental understanding of Microsoft suite of programs
  • Ability to create electrical schematics and assembly drawings using the business CAD software package
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with associates at all levels of the organization
