Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Order Entry Representative to join our team and provide outstanding support to our customers and internal teams. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for order processing, customer inquiries, and service coordination while helping ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
What You Will Do
Create and enter sales orders, receive telephone calls, coordinate customer deliveries, communicate with sales representatives and dispatchers, and perform other related tasks.

Requirements
- Reside within reasonable commuting distance
- Minimum one year's experience in a high-volume data entry and customer service environment
- Minimum one-year recent phone experience in a corporate environment communicating with customers
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word programs
- Must be able to type minimum of 30 WPM
- Must be motivated, able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management and work well in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines
- Adept at problem solving
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Stable employment history
- Must be able to pass background screening
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills, must be able to accurately repeat information back to the customer
