Role OverviewAs an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for performing general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, and operating equipment. You will work within all digital initiatives, including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include processing member purchases, communicating problems with inventory and/or equipment, and communicating with the club team when merchandise needs to be replenished. You will also work with a high level of urgency to ensure deadlines are met and follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards.
