Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations within our warehousing/order fulfillment team.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in a warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours or more during shifts
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Must meet the physical demands of the role including lifting, standing, and moving throughout the facility
  • Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
