Role OverviewThe Order Fulfilment Associate will be responsible for fulfilling customer calls and online orders, following a process to ensure order accuracy, proper packaging, and timely delivery to customers.
What You Will Do
Process orders, verify inventory, complete necessary paperwork, and coordinate pick up orders. Fulfill customer requests, verify customer identification, and pull orders from stock.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid identification to work in the US
- 1-2 years' experience in related or similar industry
- Proficiency in technology software, desktop electronics, MS Office
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Knowledgeable and passionate about the Cannabis Industry (preferred)
