Order Management Specialist

The Order Management Specialist is responsible for managing the order process from acceptance to completion, collaborating with multiple areas of the sales and production process, and building relationships with business segment team members. This position will have contact with external relationships including Logistics providers, customers, and others. The Order Management Specialist will work to ensure customer requirements are satisfactorily met and align SAP order data with material availability and logistics timing.

What You Will Do

Collaborate across functions, align SAP order data, fulfill orders, confirm and verify information, accurate data entry into SAP system, coordinate logistics, identify and work with relevant data owners, communicate and confirm impact on material ready and shipping dates, generate and modify customer facing documents, support resolution on customer issues, and provide backup support to team members.

• Computer skills including Microsoft office
• SAP knowledge or exposure preferred
• Technology Savvy, Experience in Data visualization tools
• Strong organizational, analytical and rationalization skills for analyzing complex data
• Ability to create reports and presentations for presentation
