Role OverviewQTS is seeking an energetic, responsive, and well-organized full-time Order Picker to pull sales orders and requests from the QTS Shakopee warehouse and stage them to be delivered to the QTS Bloomington Facility. The Order Picker will be responsible for maintaining an awareness of workplace safety and relevant training, following warehouse cleaning schedules, and cross-training within other areas of the warehouse.
What You Will Do
The Order Picker will pull sales orders, shipping requests, engineering requests, and production requests, perform inventory returns, process inventory requests, and maintain work areas in a neat, clean, organized, and secure condition.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of materials handling and inventory experience preferred
- Must be able to read, understand, speak, and write in English
- Forklift certified (or willingness to become certified)
- Ability to follow directions
- Research and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
