Job Description

We're looking for an Order to Cash Manager for North America to lead a regional team responsible for the full OTC lifecycle. Requirements
Profound knowledge in order processing and accounting knowledge (in particular Accounting, Revenue recognition and accruals)
4-7 years' experience of accounting and invoicing as base
Proven track record of leading a team
Commercial education with professional expertise in a comparable position, preferably in a company in the IT/software industry
Team player with interpersonal and communication skills
Organized and systematic with a focus on accomplishing results
Good analytical and business support skills, a creative solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to take your own initiatives
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
Experience in managing the O2C process
