Role OverviewFacilitates and coordinates the evaluation of potential transplant and/or living donor candidates, assists with coordination of care and discharge process for recipients, and provides clinical management for transplant recipients and/or living donors.

Coordinates the evaluation process, educates patients and families about the transplant process, monitors patient progress, and ensures the most current practices of transplantation nursing are utilized.
