Own and reimagine SeatGeek's organic social presence across platforms, moments, and culture. Work cross-functionally with content, creative, PR, fan support, and beyond.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute a cohesive organic social strategy, create culturally relevant content, track and analyze performance metrics, and engage with the community.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in organic social media and content strategy
  • Experience in sports, live events, or ticketing is a strong plus
  • Strong organization skills, with experience owning and managing a content calendar
  • Fluent in internet culture and able to translate it into content that feels native
  • A genuine passion for live entertainment and sports
  • A data-first mindset and strong evangelist for the power of organic social
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
  • Experience partnering with creative teams and executing within brand guidelines
  • Deep familiarity with social search and AI search optimization
  • Hands-on content creation experience, including shooting and editing short-form video
