What You Will Do
Develop and execute a cohesive organic social strategy, create culturally relevant content, track and analyze performance metrics, and engage with the community.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in organic social media and content strategy
- Experience in sports, live events, or ticketing is a strong plus
- Strong organization skills, with experience owning and managing a content calendar
- Fluent in internet culture and able to translate it into content that feels native
- A genuine passion for live entertainment and sports
- A data-first mindset and strong evangelist for the power of organic social
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
- Experience partnering with creative teams and executing within brand guidelines
- Deep familiarity with social search and AI search optimization
- Hands-on content creation experience, including shooting and editing short-form video
