Job Description
The Organizational Change Management Sr. Analyst is responsible for planning, design, and execution of Organizational Change Management strategy and deliverables on simple to complex implementations across the enterprise. They develop relationships with stakeholders, assess the impact of changes on employees and processes, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Organizational Development, or relevant field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4-7 years’ work experience in organizational change management activities and responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of OCM best practices and standards
  • Experience supporting large-scale ERP or core enterprise system implementations
  • Experience translating complex stakeholder perspectives into functional OCM plans and implements those plans as designed
  • Experience working in complex projects that use both waterfall and agile principles
  • Leadership in developing and delivering training plans and deliverables for large technology
  • Experience in developing and delivering communication plans and communicating deliverables for large technology projects
  • Experience operating in matrixed, program-driven environments
  • Experience in written and oral communication across all levels of the organization
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Ability to collaboratively work with cross functional teams across the organization
  • Change Management Certification preferred
