Role OverviewLead organizational change management activities for a large-scale healthcare IT modernization initiative, developing and executing change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement plans.
What You Will Do
Conduct organizational readiness and change impact assessments, identify and address resistance and adoption risks, and establish adoption metrics and dashboards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 10+ years of project management experience
- 8+ years managing complex IT development projects
- 5+ years applying PMI's PMBOK methodologies and artifacts
- Leadership experience on at least 3 successful projects involving organizational change management and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives in government or regulated environments
- Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and executive presentation skills
