Organizational Development Specialist - Full-Time - Louisville, KY

Requirements

• Lead the administration, interpretation, and application of Predictive Index (PI) assessments across the organization.
• Analyze and report on team member demographics, turnover, and staffing trends to identify risks, opportunities, and workforce planning needs.
• Produce and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that clearly communicate organizational trends related to talent, engagement, and performance.
• Design, manage, and continuously improve the new manager onboarding experience.
• Administer and train the performance appraisal process.
• Identify, design, and deploy team member experience initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and overall workplace satisfaction.
• Ensure operational excellence in organizational development related processes, documentation, and reporting.
